Where do I purchase tickets?

Tickets can be purchased either online or in person starting one hour before performance time. 

I purchased tickets online. Where are they?

After purchasing your tickets you will receive an email with a PDF file attached containing the tickets. 

When you arrive, bring up this email containing your tickets and open the PDF file. We will scan your tickets from there. 

If you don’t see this email in your inbox, check your spam folder! Sometimes emails from our ticketing system can end up lost.  If you still can’t locate your order, send us an email and we’ll be glad to help!

Can you hold my tickets at Will Call?

We are no longer printing tickets for Will Call,
but If you prefer, we can access your order when you arrive. 

I can't make it to the show. Can I change my tickets?

If you are a season subscriber,
we will gladly exchange your tickets for another performance in the run, pending availability. 

In most cases, we are only able to move tickets to another performance within the run of that particular show. We cannot guarantee that assigned seats will be the same as these seats may be claimed at other performances.
The best seats go first!

Requests for ticket changes for season subscribers must be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance.

We do not offer refunds for unused tickets.

I can't make it to the show. Can I get a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets.

If all else fails, your tickets can be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Just let us know prior to the performance!
