Catherine Baird

Teacher
Catherine just graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with BA degrees in Dramatic Art and Public Health Advocacy.  She has performed with PlayMakers Repertory Company, Broadway Series South, the Hangar Theatre, and lots of UNC student theatre groups.  Starting in October, she will be working with Jump with Jill, a touring rock and roll nutrition show for kids based out of Pittsburgh, PA.  She is so glad she can spend part of the summer with Theatre Raleigh!

Riley Campbell

Assistant Counselor
Riley is thrilled to be working on Peter Pan Jr! She loves performing and kids! Riley has performed in numerous roles, including Cosette in Les Miserables, Jane in Mary Poppins (at North Carolina Theatre), and Becky Thatcher in Theatre Raleigh's production of Adventure Road: A Story of Huck & Tom. Riley is also a part of Special Theatre Arts Raleigh, which focuses on helping people with special needs find their love of performing. Riley is so excited to work with each and every amazing kid!

Jackie Grossman

Stage Manager/Crafts Organizer
Jackie is excited to work with Theatre Raleigh on her second project as a stage manager and first time props/crafts organizer. When she’s not working in the theater, Jackie enjoys being outdoors and traveling with her zoo of dogs and guinea pigs. Stage management credits include Busch Gardens Williamsburg Consumer Event products, Significant Other (Theatre Raleigh), To Kill A Mockingbird Tour (Burning Coal Theatre), Jesus Christ Superstar, Mary PoppinsBeauty and the Beast (North Carolina Theatre), Bonnie and Clyde The Musical, The Lion The Witch and The Wardrobe , Freedom Train (Matthew’s Playhouse), The Addam’s Family A Comedy Musical, Dracula (Theatre Charlotte).

Samantha Matthews

Director, Peter Pan Jr.
Samantha has performed professionally in NYC, as well as across the country at numerous regional theaters. Favorite shows include: Beauty and the Beast, The Sound of Music and the Midwest regional premiere of Ghost: The Musical. For over a decade she has coached, directed and choreographed students all over the country. After such a long time on the road, Samantha is excited to be putting down roots in the Triangle, focusing on family, teaching, and performing close to home. She also teaches theatre at Cary Arts Center and is an Instructional Assistant for Wake County Public Schools. Samantha holds a B.A. in Drama from Ithaca College and is also a graduate of CAP21’s Musical Theatre Conservatory in NYC.

Victoria Moore

Dance Teacher/Choreographer
Victoria currently trains and teaches at the North Carolina Dance Institute (NCDI) under the direction of Kirstie Spadie. She has trained and taken master classes with people such as Travis Wall, Nick Lazzarini, Sonya Tayeh, and Misha Gabriel at national dance conventions such as JUMP and NUVO. Victoria was a dancer in Theatre Raleigh's original production of The Wolf and Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream, both under the direction of Lauren Kennedy. She danced with Black Irish Contemporary Hip Hop Company (under the direction of Ronald West) for three years. With this company, she has danced in their productions of “Organ,” “Project,” “Shade,” “Gown,” and “Lit,” and has guest performed with Durham’s Gaspard and Dancers. In addition to NCDI, Victoria has choreographed for Martin Middle School, Cardinal Gibbons High School, and “Pieces of Gold." Her most recent work was awarded first place at Starbound Dance Competition. Victoria is so excited to share her passion for dance with all the cast and crew of Peter Pan Jr!

Morgan Parpan

Camp Director
Morgan currently serves as the Education Director for Theatre Raleigh, and is excited to spearhead the organization's first summer camp! She has worked as a creative contributor to the TR Family Series productions of A Midsummer Night's Dream, and Adventure Road, and enjoys the opportunity to support the next generation of theatre-makers and theatre lovers!
