All shows in the Kennedy Theatre are GENERAL ADMISSION.
The Kennedy Theatre lobby opens one hour before the show’s scheduled start time. The house usually opens 30 minutes prior to curtain. Once the doors open, seating is on a first come, first served basis.
Wheelchair space and accessible seating is available. Let a house manager know your preferences when you arrive, and we will make sure you are taken care of!
At most, the Kennedy Theatre seats about 135. There really is no bad seat in the house!

I purchased tickets online. Where are they?
When you purchase tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your order. From there, you can access the e-tickets to use at the door.
If you don’t see the confirmation email, check your spam folder! Sometimes emails from our ticketing system can end up there. If you still can’t locate your order, give us a call and we’ll be glad to help!
Do I need to print out my tickets?
When you purchase your tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to view the e-tickets. There is no need to print them out. As long as you can pull up the tickets on your phone, we can scan the e-tickets at the door!
If you’re having trouble locating your order, stop by the box office window when you arrive. We can access your tickets there.
Can you hold my tickets at Will Call?
If you prefer, we can access your order at the box office window when you arrive.
Help! I need to change my tickets!
No problem! Give us a call and we will do our best to switch your tickets to another date.
In most cases, we are only able to move tickets to another performance within the run of that particular show.
Requests for ticket changes must be made at least 24 hours prior to the performance date. If possible, last minute changes may be accommodated, but we cannot guarantee availability.
We do not offer refunds for unused tickets.
I can't make it to the show. Can I get a refund?
We are unable to offer refunds for unused tickets. If you can’t make it to the show, give us a call and we will do our best to move your tickets to another date.
If all else fails, your tickets can be converted to a tax-deductible donation. Just let us know prior to the performance!
